With our beautiful new website and communications software in place, the communications committee is poised to do amazing things this year, but we need lots of help! Here are some roles you may be able to fill to make our communications as fabulous as they can be.

• Newsletter Editor- take the fabulous articles and photographs provided and build it into an incredible e-mail newsletter for our members. Some graphics abilities are needed and this is a great way to show what you can do on a page.
• Newsletter Content Manager- There are incredible things happening in the Austin Chapter and we need someone to collect the data and put it all together.
• Website Content Manager- Some of our web pages need regular attention to keep them fresh. Do you have the inside track on industry job openings? Or perhaps you want to pick the photos that go up on the gallery each month? Sign on to this job and take ownership of a small part of the website to make sure it is always up to date.
• Database Manager- Once per month, take the membership list and upload it into our invitation software. Also add in prospects periodically.
• Invitation Developer- Once per month, create an online invitation for the next meeting or event. This is a great way to add Cvent to the list of programs you know how to use!
